Refund Policy

Overview

All products sold by Crochettazla are digital crochet patterns. No physical products will be shipped.

Before Downloading Your Pattern

Customers in the European Union normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase.

Because our products are digital, this cancellation right ends once you begin downloading or accessing the pattern, provided you agreed to receive immediate access and acknowledged this before completing your purchase.

If your download has not started, contact Contact@Crochettazla.com within 14 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • The name of the pattern

After Downloading Your Pattern

Once a digital pattern has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot provide a refund simply because you:

  • Changed your mind
  • Purchased the wrong pattern
  • No longer want the pattern
  • Did not read the product description
  • Expected to receive a finished physical item

This rule applies where you expressly agreed to immediate digital delivery and understood that your cancellation right would end when access began.

Faulty or Incorrect Files

We will help you if:

  • Your download link does not work
  • The file is damaged or cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong pattern
  • An important part of the pattern is missing
  • The pattern is materially different from its description

Contact Contact@Crochettazla.com with your order number and a description or screenshot of the problem.

We will first provide a working link, corrected file, replacement file, or another appropriate solution. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide any refund or price reduction required by applicable consumer law.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same pattern twice, contact us promptly. We will review the orders and may refund the duplicate purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
