These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Crochet Bloom, operated by Aura Emma.

By using our website or purchasing a digital pattern, you agree to these Terms.

Digital Products

Crochet Bloom sells downloadable crochet patterns and related digital materials.

No finished crochet item, clothing, bag, toy, yarn, hook, or other physical product will be shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Each product page provides important information about the pattern, including its file format, language, terminology, skill level, recommended materials, and requirements.

Orders

You must provide accurate contact and payment information.

Your order is accepted when we send your order confirmation and make the digital product available to you.

We may cancel an order because of:

  • A clear pricing error
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unlawful activity
  • An inability to provide the purchased file

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Prices and Payments

Prices, applicable taxes, and payment methods are displayed before you complete your order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, your pattern will normally be available through an email, download page, customer account, or digital-download service.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and using a compatible device, internet connection, browser, and PDF reader.

Pattern Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to download and use the pattern.

You may use the pattern to create items for yourself, as gifts, or to sell finished handmade items in small quantities.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the digital pattern
  • Share the file with another person
  • Upload the pattern to another website or platform
  • Include the pattern in another bundle, course, or membership
  • Copy or publish substantial parts of the instructions
  • Translate and distribute the pattern
  • Use our photographs as your own
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices
  • Use the content to train an artificial-intelligence model without written permission
  • Use the pattern for factory or mass production

All rights in the patterns, photographs, diagrams, instructions, and branding remain with Aura Emma and Crochet Bloom.

Pattern Results

Finished results may vary depending on:

  • Yarn choice
  • Hook size
  • Gauge
  • Tension
  • Measurements
  • Skill level
  • Material substitutions
  • Printer or device settings

Product photographs are examples and do not guarantee identical results.

Safety

Crochet projects may involve hooks, needles, scissors, fibres, cords, buttons, safety eyes, and other small components.

Use appropriate care and adult supervision.

You are responsible for ensuring that anything made for a baby, child, pet, or person with allergies is suitable and meets any applicable safety requirements.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Once downloading or access begins after the required customer consent, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable.

This does not remove your rights if a file is faulty, inaccessible, incorrect, or materially different from its description.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use our website or files unlawfully
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Interfere with website security
  • Introduce malicious software
  • Scrape or systematically copy our content

Customers in the European Union continue to receive any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of their country of residence.

Changes

The version of these Terms available when you place your order will normally apply to that purchase.

If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
